Marigolds have daisy-like or double, carnation-like flower heads and are produced singly or in clusters. Although there are some 50 species! Tagetes erecta are the tallest and most upright, at three to five feet. They thrive under hot, dry conditions.

Prefers full sun in moist, well-draining soil.

Sow
Sow direct or raise seedlings in Spring or early Summer. Plant seeds at 5mm depth and 30cm spacing.
