White sage smudge sticks are traditionally used in Indigenous American cultures for spiritual and ceremonial purposes, particularly in “smudging” rituals. Smudging involves burning the sage and wafting the smoke around to cleanse a space, person, or object of negative energy, to promote healing, or to invite positive spirits and protection.
The red rose releases a soothing, fragrant aroma that helps ease tension and anxiety.
