PUMPKIN MYSTERY MIXED TYPE DELICIOUS BIG RIBBED AND PROLIFIC FAST GROWER $2.40

THIS ONE IS 100% HEIRLOOM AND NO GMO, ORGANICALLY GROWN SEEDS FROM A LOCAL VEGGIE PATCH! AND YOU CAN’T GET BETTER THAN THAT! PLUMP, FRESH AND VIABLE SEEDS! IT’S WHAT WE THINK IS A MIX OF QUEENSLAND BLUE AND ANOTHER PUMPKIN THAT HAS A RICH GREEN SKIN – AND IT’S NOW CALLED A MYSTERY PUMPKIN BY US!

It’s parents:

Queensland Blue (C. maxima) ‘Australian Blue’ is a squash directly imported into the United States and other countries worldwide in 1932 from Arthur Yates and Company of Sydney. Dark blue-green ribbed rind with flesh that is meaty, sugary, brilliant orange, and abundant. Striking grey foliage. Late to mature due to its big size, very long shelf life.

This one however is more green than blue, has a ribbed netting across the centre and a great deal of very rich orange flesh that is truly sweet and delicious! We think the other parent might be the Sweet & Nutty one we sell but we are not sure. Grow yourself a mystery!
