MIXED FRANGIPANI PACKETS OF 10 SEEDS!

A mixture of assorted colours! If you love Frangis, growing from seed is an excellent way of expanding your collection! I can’t guarantee any particular style or colour will be in your lot as only the seeds know what they have inside. No Frangipani seed will breed true to their parent, only taking cuttings will ensure that, but by growing seeds you will get a wide range of plants, all different!

The good thing is that because they come from overseas there is a much better chance of getting something we don’t have here – these were mixed very well and you should get a variety of colours. Any Frangipani plant you grow from seed you have the rights to, you can name it yourself! No kidding – you can have a whole garden of them with all your family members having their own frangipani tree!

Grow Notes

Prefers full sun in well-draining soil, they will rot if waterlogged in too much clay or water retentive soils.

Your seedlings are frost tender – bring them inside or cover with a cloth or tarp if frost is forecast.

Milky, toxic sap that can irritate skin.

Sow
Best raised as seedlings. You can plant them all year around but in Winter keep them indoors, they like heat to germinate so you may need a heat mat in Winter to germinate them.

Very easy to plant, stick them straight into seed raising mix, standing up with the tail section sticking out. Cover with a plastic top to keep the soil moist and warm until germination.

Alternatively place onto a moist paper towel, fold over and place in a plastic container with holes. Place somewhere warm, out of direct sunlight. Once sprouted place into seed growing mix in pots.
