TOMATO KUMATO GRAPE MINI CHERRY RARE NEW DARK AND SHINY STUNNER! $2.60
AN AMAZING AND VERY COOL LOOKING TOMATO! THE KUMATO IS SOMETHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY!
The ‘Kumato’ variety emerged from a crossbreeding initiative by the Syngenta corporation. In this process, Syngenta merged two distinct tomato varieties to produce an F1 hybrid known as ‘Kumato’. The aim was to incorporate a range of favorable traits from both parent varieties into ‘Kumato’. In 2009, ‘Kumato’ received a patent, and it is now sold in North America and Europe, occasionally being referred to as ‘Rosso Bruno’. Additionally, smaller versions of ‘Kumato’, known as ‘Mini Kumato’, were developed a few years later and are primarily cultivated in Spain and western Europe.
