ROCKMELON HYBRID NEPEAN IS A SWEET AND DELICIOUS MELON WITH LIGHT NETTING ON THE OUTER AND A GREEN STRIPE, A VERY DEEP ORANGE COLOUR ON THE INNER, IT HAS A SMALL CAVITY WHICH MEANS MORE TO EAT! DISEASE RESISTANT AND EASY TO GROW.

This one has come from a grower known for their delicious melons! Not much is known on this one only that it is very new and seeds are only just becoming available. It has a good disease resistance, is lightly netted and has a smooth and sweet taste. Sure to be a family favourite in no time at all!

The seeds have been coated in a pink sulphur mix. Please do not eat the seeds or give them to livestock. This will not effect the eating or the ground around it, it is a naturally occurring chemical in the soil which will dissipate once watered.

Grow Notes
Prefers full sun in moist, well-draining soil.

Protect from mildew by watering the roots and not the leaves.

Sow
Sow direct in Spring or Summer. Plant seeds at a depth of 10mm with 60cm plant spacing and 120cm row spacing.

Keep soil moist, not wet.
